ロシーノにあるツインビーンズカフェのために、家具を選びに来たノリスケ。
ノリスケ「スツールは少々不揃いな方がいいな」
Norisuke visits antique furniture shop looking for some furniture
for Roshino’s cafe called “Twin-Beans”.
Norisuke: “I think bar stools should be irregular in looks.”
今日はノリスケ、マリン先生の工房で陶芸に挑戦！
「ノリスケつまみ」のついた壺の蓋に模様を描きます。
ノリスケ「うーん、そっくりだ！」
Today, Norisuke visits Master Marin’s ceramic workshop and tried pottery!
He drew some patterns on the lid with “Norisuke-knob” on.
Norisuke: “Hmmm, it sure does look just like me!”
陶器の蓋に模様を描き終えたノリスケ、マリン先生の作品で遊んでます。
ノリスケ「超ぴったり！」
この後、出られなくなりマリン先生に助けてもらいました。
Norisuke finished drawing on the pottery lid so he started to play with Master Marin’s works.
Norisuke: “This fits perfectly!”
After this, he realized it’s impossible to get out from it so he asked Master Marin for help.
Donsuke and Ponsuke’s Fall Getaways ドンスケとポンスケの秋のお出かけ
秋の一日、ドンスケとポンスケは小春村のはずれまでやってきました。
ポンスケ「お兄ちゃん、あれなに？」
ドンスケ「昔の人のお家だよ」
On one beautiful autumn day, Donsuke and Ponsuke came to the outskirts of Koharu Village.
Ponsuke: “Brother, what is that?”
Donsuke: “It’s a house ancient people lived.”
ドンスケとポンスケの兄弟は、稲荷神社にお参りに来ました。
ドンスケ「ここは狐の神様がお祀りされているんだよ」
ポンスケ「狐の神様？」
ドンスケ「そう、お稲荷さんっていうんだ。ちゃんとご挨拶しないとね」
ポンスケ「うん！」
Donsuke and Ponsuke brothers visited to the Inari Shrine.
Donsuke: “The god of foxes is enshrined here.”
Ponsuke: “God of foxes?”
Donsuke: “Yes, we call her ‘Oinari-san’. Let’s go greet!”
Ponsuke: “Ok!”
大きな神社なので、お参りするところまで高い階段を登らないといけません。
ポンスケ「お兄ちゃん、つかれた・・」
ドンスケ「しょうがないなー、じゃオンブしてあけるから、ほら」
こうして二人は、無事お参りをすませたのでした。
Since it is a huge shrine, they need to climb up the stairs to the place where they pray.
Ponsuke: “Brother, I’m tired…”
Donsuke: “Oh well, then get on my back.”
In this way, they both made a visit and greeted to the Oinari-sa.
Amigurumi Brown Spot from “Goodnight Baby Bunny Series” あみぐるみ「おやすみ赤ちゃんうさぎシリーズ」より茶色のスポット
寝ている赤ちゃんうさぎのあみぐるみを作り始めました。
I started making sleeping baby bunny amigurumi.
まずはスタンダードの立ち耳と垂れ耳から。
First, standard upright ears and lop.
模様は羊毛フェルトで入れてみました。
ある程度ポーズがとれるように動かせる、かつ
丸まった背中をキープするように編んだのですが
難しかったです。
I used felting needle and wool roving for spot patterns.
It was difficult: I wanted to make the body poseable
and also keep its back curled up.
体の中にワイヤーを本物の骨格に近い形にして仕込んでありますので
こんな寝姿も可能。
I put wire skeleton inside of the body and it’s similar to the real
rabbit skeletal structure so the sleeping posture
like this is possible.
バランスも良いので自立可能。
It’s well-balanced so it can stand without anything to lean against.
立ち姿がお相撲さんのようにも見えるので
別名「どすこい倶楽部」とも呼ばれています。
いろんな種類のうさぎでメンバーを増やしています。
Since their standing pose looks like sumo wrestler
they are also called “Sumo Exclamation Club.”
I am adding more members in different rabbit variation.
Amigurumi Realistic White Bunny 本物みたいな白いうさぎのあみぐるみ
リアル系のうさぎのあみぐるみは以前から作っていますが
久しぶりにまた１羽完成しました。
本当はここまで大きくなる予定じゃなかったのですが。
I’ve been making realistic amigurumi bunnies since 6 years ago
and I’ve finished new one after a long while.
I didn’t plan to make it this big though.
最初に作った顔がリアルだったので
それに合わせてボディもリアルにしました。
I made the head first and since it looked very realistic
I decided to make its body also realistic.
もうちょっと大きな目の方がいいかな？
Eyes should be bigger, maybe?
横から見た時の背中のアーチも綺麗です。
The back arch looks nice from the side view.
うさぎの弾丸のような形のお尻が好きです。
I really like bullet-shaped bunny butt.
大きさが分かる一枚。
うちのうさぎでモデルのセバスチャンと一緒に。
リアルサイズです。

It sure is a real size.
並んでるととても可愛いです。
でもこの写真撮るのにすごく苦労しました。
セバスチャンはとても落ち着きのない子なので。
奇跡の一枚です。
They look really cute together.
But it was terribly difficult to take this photo.
Sebastian is a restless boy.
It’s a shot of century.
Amigurumi Chocolate Otter Bunny チョコレートオターうさぎのあみぐるみ
正月に作ったチョコレートオターうさぎのあみぐるみ
垂れ耳だったんですが、どうにも気に入らず
耳を作り直しました。
Chocolate otter bunny amigurumi I made last new year
was lop eared but I didn’t quite like it
so I made him new ears.
今回は大きめの立ち耳にしてみました。
I made biggar upright ears.
それ以外は変化無し。
Other than that, there is no change.
頭のてっぺんの一房の毛もそのまま。
Tiny hair bunch on top of head is still there.
たくさんのニンジンを抱えて。
With lots of amigurumi carrots.
白い垂れ耳「キノコとニンジン交換する？」
White lop: “Will you trade my mushroom with your one of your carrots?”
Yukata for Saeko 冴子さんの浴衣
ここはジョニーが働く仕立屋の「こまや」です。
ジョニー「まさかマリアまで、この小春村にくるたぁなあ。
おまけに、おいらだけ知らねぇときた…」
ジョニー、ぶつぶつと独り言を言っています。
This is kimono tailor “Komaya” where Johnny works.
Johnny: “I’ve never dreamed of having Maria here in Koharu village.
Moreover, I was the only one who didn’t know about it…”
Johnny is mumbling something by himself.
「こんにちは！ここは呉服屋さん？」
おや、冴子さんがやって来ましたね。
ジョニー「へい、いらっしゃい。粋な着物のお仕立てならお任せですぜ！」
冴子「私、浴衣が欲しいんだけど。見立ててもらえる？」
“Hello! Is this kimono shop?”
Here comes black cat Saeko.
Johnny: “Hi! Ask me any question about kimono!”
Saeko: “I want yukata, would you help me?”
冴子「ごめんくださーい」
ジョニー「こりゃ冴子さん、いらっしゃいやし！暑くなりやしたねぇ」
冴子「お願いしてた浴衣、どうかしら？」
ジョニー「もちろん、出来てやすぜー」
Saeko: “Hello!”
Johnny: “Miss Saeko, welcome! It’s hot, isn’t it?”
Saeko: “Did you finish my yukata already?”
Johnny: “Of course, I did!”
冴子さんは仕立て上がった浴衣をジョニーに着せてもらいました。
ジョニー「思った通りだ、よく似合いやすぜ」
冴子「そう？良かった！浴衣は初めてなの」
Johnny helped Saeko dress new yukata.
Johnny: “Just I expected! It looks good on you!”
Saeko: “Happy to hear that! This is my first yukata, ever!”
Crochet Miniature Cushions かぎ編みのミニチュアクッション
モコモコの細い毛糸をゲットしたので
それを使って色んなミニチュアクッションを作ってみました。
I got nice fine fluffy yarns
so I made miniature cushions in various shapes.
うさぎ、ハート、魚…
Bunny, heart, fish…
違う種類の毛糸でも編んでみました。
I tried different types of yarns, too.
プーフも。
Pouf.
プーフはあの種族にいいんじゃないかな？
Pouf is perfect for that species, isn’t it?
普通サイズとこの３種類の厚さを作ってみました。
椅子に置いたりするのに厚みの種類が必要なのです。
I made normal pouf and these 3 different thicknesses.
I was told to make these because they will be used on the chair
and other surfaces.
たくさん作りました。
プーフは思った通り、あの種族にぴったり。
安定感抜群です！
Lots of cushions.
Pouf was just perfect for that species like I thought.
They look very comfortable on them!
Maria’s Hobby マリアの趣味
マリアが鼻歌まじりにお裁縫をしています。
「あちしはカワイイものが、好きなのよ〜〜」
Maria is sewing something humming a merry tune.
“Me love kawaii cute stuff~.”
「できたわ〜。ほんと、あちしってセンスあるのよねぇ」
“Finita~. Seriously, I’m one hell of a genius cutie sweet pie.”
マリアは先日作ったドレスを持って、ドンスケの工房「るきだ」に来ました。
マリア「でね、このドレスに合うハンガーとドレスラックを作ってほしいのよー」
ドンスケ「承知しました(マリアさんて、男の人なんだよね？？)」
ドンスケは、マリアがジョニーのお兄さんだということを知ったのですが、
まだちょっと信じられないようです。
Maria visited Donsuke’s acrylic furniture factory “Lukida” with her white dress she made.
Maria: “So! I want you to make a hanger and dress rack
which must be perfectly fabulous match to this dress.”
Donsuke: “Certainly. (Maria-san is a man, am I right???)”
Donsuke still can’t quite believe that Maria is actually a man.
注文のハンガーとドレスラックが出来たと聞いて、マリアが「るきだ」に来ました。
マリア「さすがねぇ！とってもいいわぁ」
ドンスケ「ありがとうございます」
マリア「あらぁ？このカワイイ坊ちゃんは？」
ドンスケ「ほら、ポンスケ、ちゃんとご挨拶しなさい」
ポンスケ「こっ、こっ、こんちにはっ(おねえさんだけど、おにいさん？？)」
ポンスケも混乱です。
“Your order -hanger and dress rack- is ready.”
Maria received an exciting notice from Donsuke
and hurried to Lukida to check them.
Maria: “This is simply marvelous! I just love them!”
Donsuke: “Thank you very much.”
Maria: “Oh? Who is this sweetie?”
Donsuke: “Ponsuke, say hello to Maria-san.”
Ponsuke: “H, hhhello! (She looks like a young lady but not?!)”
Ponsuke is now confused.

決してさけくさい先生ではありません…
New Roshino character!
This is Marine Saya-kyusai, Roshino’s living national
treasure of pottery and a master of
Maron Karasuyama-kyusai.
In Japanese, her name can be read as “smell of alcohol”
but it is Saya-kyusai…
凄腕の陶芸家であります。
She is a super genius potter!
超がつくほどのお酒好き＆美味しいご飯大好き！
こけしのような前髪がチャームポイント。
マリアから「マリリン」と呼ばれています。
Loves foods and alcohol!
Has cute little bangs like kokeshi.
Maria calls her “Marilyn”.
実は実在のモデルがいます。
そして旦那さんは川で滑ったり回ったり釣ったりしています。
There is a real person who is a model of her.
Her husband is sliding, spinning aroung
and fishing at the river.
そんなマリン先生の密かな趣味は
ロシーノで人気のぬいぐるみブランド「アルコホリック」の
「ズロース」を集めること！
人気なのでなかなか入手できないのです。
左から、大きいホクロみたいな水玉の「バロック」
胸に星の刺繍のある「エトワール」
そして小さすぎる緑の「リボン」。

Her secret(?) hobby is to collect “Zloth” by Roshino’s most
popular plush toy brand “Alcoholic”!
It’s very difficult to get one because of
its popularity.
From the left to right:
Baroque: its polka dots remind you of fake beauty
marks during Baroque period.
Etoile: pink Zloth with star embroidery on the chest.
Ribbon: too tiny green Zloth with a bow.
