Johnny and Shusui ジョニーと秋水
ロシーノの仕立て屋ジョニーは、そろそろ浴衣の仕立てに取り掛かっています。
ジョニーはなんだかブツブツ言っていますね。
Roshino’s kimono tailor Johnny starts working on yukata for coming hot seasons.
But it looks like Johnny is muttering something.
「秋水にいちゃんの見立ては、かぶきってのが全く分かってねぇよ」
と言いながら、せっせと針を動かすジョニー。
ジョニーのお兄ちゃんの秋水は、ジョニーが働く仕立て屋「こまや」店主の付き人なので
ジョニーは逆らえないのです。
“My brother Shusui, he doesn’t quite understand what ‘kabuki’ is!”
Johnny complains and continues to ply his needles.
Johnny’s brother, Shusui, works as a manager for the owner of Komaya, where
Johnny works so Johnny cannot go against Shusui.
地味だと文句を言っていたジョニーですが
仕立て上げてみたら、満更でもないみたいです。
下駄やバッグも用意し、これから納品です。
Johnny was not happy about these works since they are plain and simple,
not gorgeous type that Johnny likes but once he finished his work he looks pleased with them.
He also prepared geta shoes and bags and now is going to deliver goods to Shusui.
こまやに置く下駄を見に展示会に来たジョニーと秋水。
検討する姿がソックリです。
似ていないですが、やっぱり兄弟。
Shusui and Johnny came to an exhibition to check
Japanese geta sandals they are going to sell at Komaya.
They pose exactly the same when they consider something.
They don’t look alike but they are brothers, in deed.
Maria’s Hobby マリアの趣味
マリアが鼻歌まじりにお裁縫をしています。
「あちしはカワイイものが、好きなのよ〜〜」
Maria is sewing something humming a merry tune.
“Me love kawaii cute stuff~.”
「できたわ〜。ほんと、あちしってセンスあるのよねぇ」
“Finita~. Seriously, I’m one hell of a genius cutie sweet pie.”
マリアは先日作ったドレスを持って、ドンスケの工房「るきだ」に来ました。
マリア「でね、このドレスに合うハンガーとドレスラックを作ってほしいのよー」
ドンスケ「承知しました(マリアさんて、男の人なんだよね？？)」
ドンスケは、マリアがジョニーのお兄さんだということを知ったのですが、
まだちょっと信じられないようです。
Maria visited Donsuke’s acrylic furniture factory “Lukida” with her white dress she made.
Maria: “So! I want you to make a hanger and dress rack
which must be perfectly fabulous match to this dress.”
Donsuke: “Certainly. (Maria-san is a man, am I right???)”
Donsuke still can’t quite believe that Maria is actually a man.
注文のハンガーとドレスラックが出来たと聞いて、マリアが「るきだ」に来ました。
マリア「さすがねぇ！とってもいいわぁ」
ドンスケ「ありがとうございます」
マリア「あらぁ？このカワイイ坊ちゃんは？」
ドンスケ「ほら、ポンスケ、ちゃんとご挨拶しなさい」
ポンスケ「こっ、こっ、こんちにはっ(おねえさんだけど、おにいさん？？)」
ポンスケも混乱です。
“Your order -hanger and dress rack- is ready.”
Maria received an exciting notice from Donsuke
and hurried to Lukida to check them.
Maria: “This is simply marvelous! I just love them!”
Donsuke: “Thank you very much.”
Maria: “Oh? Who is this sweetie?”
Donsuke: “Ponsuke, say hello to Maria-san.”
Ponsuke: “H, hhhello! (She looks like a young lady but not?!)”
Ponsuke is now confused.

Amigurumi Shusui あみぐるみ 秋水
このいなせなチョンマゲのイケメンは
「秋水」（本名）こと、ジョニーとマリアのお兄ちゃんです。
This cool, dashing, and smart handsome young man
with samurai topknot is “Shusui” (real name), who is an elder
brother of Johnny and Maria.
無口でイケメンな秋水お兄ちゃんは
ジョニーの働く、仕立屋「こまや」のオーナーの
付き人をしています。
Reticent and very handsome Shusui works as a manager of
the owner of “Komaya” the kimono tailor where Johnny works.
顔の赤い隈取りは三兄弟特有のもの。
それぞれ性格に合った形をしています。
These 3 brothers have particular red Kabuki makeup;
each reflects their personality.
秋水という本名もかっこいいために
ジョニー（太郎）やマリア（伍作）からよく妬まれるお兄ちゃんです。
着物のセンスもよく、暴走しがちなジョニーのカブキ趣味を
水際で止める重要な役割も果たします。
Since he is very handsome and has cool name, Johnny (Taro) and
Maria (Gosaku) get jealous of him.
He has a good taste of kimono and clothing:
he often works as a stopper of Johnny’s excessive Kabuki taste for kimono.
Norisuke and Straw Sandals ノリスケとわらじ
今日はノリスケ、井口製材所さんにワラジを買いに来ました。
「うーむ、これじゃ、ちょっと大きいな、ん⁈」
ノリスケ、何か見つけたみたいですね。
Norisuke the amigurumi cat visited the antique shop “Iguchi Seizaisho“
to buy new straw sandals today.
“Hmm, they are all too big, oh wait, over there!?”
It seems like Norisuke found something.
ノリスケにぴったりのサイズのワラジがありました！
ノリスケも嬉しそうです。
Norisuke found a pair of straw sandals, just perfect size for his tiny paws!
He looks very happy now.
Doll’s Acrylic Geta Shoes by Komaya こまやのアクリルの下駄
アクリルの台を使った1/6ドール用の下駄です。
プロデュースしたのは、ロシーノの仕立屋「こまや」のジョニーです。
Acrylic Japanese geta shoes for 1/6 size dolls, produced by
Johnny the kimono tailor at “Komaya” in Roshino.
歯が三本の下駄は「花魁下駄」です。
ジョニーは出来栄えを見て、得意そうです。
「思った通りだぜ！」
Geta with 3 teeth (supporting pieces below the base board)
are called”Oiran-geta”,which are worn by Oiran.
Johnny is very satisfied with those geta.
“They are just perfect! Like I thought!”
