Amigurumi Shrimp Tempura えび天のあみぐるみ
天むすのえび天を長く編んで
普通サイズのえび天にしてみました。
Added extra length to the amigurumi shrimp from tenmusu
to make regular shrimp tempura.
Norisuke and Cherry Blossoms ノリスケのお花見
今日はノリスケ、山の領地の見回りにやってきました。
「今年もきれいに咲いてるな」 ノリスケも領地の桜を毎年楽しみにしています。
Today, Norisuke came to his mountain region territory to patrol around.
“It’s beautifully blossoming this year, too”
Norisuke looks forward to seeing cherry blossoms in his territory every year.
ノリスケの騎乗する鯛のシャーッとその子分たちも
しだれ桜の木にとまり一休みです。
Norisuke’s private fish ride, Shartt and his little followers
park themselves in the weeping cherry tree and take breaks.
Amigurumi Donuts ドーナツのあみぐるみ
最近また編みぐるみドーナツ熱が復活。
昔の編み図を改良していろいろ作ってみました。
The enthusiasm for amigurumi donuts came back.
I revised my donuts pattern and made various kinds.
まずは定番のチョコレート。
チョコレートがかかってたれてるように
縁が不規則になってます。
Basic chocolate frosted.
Making the edge of the chocolate frost uneven
so it looks like handmade-dipped.
次はオレンジのアイシングがけに
カラフルチョコスプレーがかかったもの。
Second, orange cream frosted with rainbow sprinkles.
前回のチョコレートよりもより縁をはっきりと
不規則にしてみました。
チョコスプレーは毛糸で刺繍しましたが
これだとアイシングに埋まってるように見えてしまいますね。
ビーズとかをグルーガンで貼り付けた方がいいかも
（でもそれだとポロポロとれそうなんだよなぁ）。
I made the edge of orange cream more uneven than
the one of chocolate.
Rainbow sprinkles are simple yarn embroidery but they look
like they are “sinking” in the frost.
It maybe better to use beads glue on
(but I think they easily comes off, maybe).
３つ目。
リクエストがあった、花型抹茶クリーム。
春らしく黄色とピンクと白のマーブルチョコをのせた感じで。
Third one made upon request.
Flower shaped matcha cream frosted with spring-like
yellow, pink, white chocolate candies.
まだ改良の余地ありかな？と思いつつ
Thinking they may need some more revisions…
４つ目。
花型いちごチョコレートにマーブルチョコレート。
抹茶と編み方を変えてみました。
花の形にメリハリが出た、はず。
Fourth.
Flower shaped strawberry frost with chocolate candies.
This is the revision of matcha version: the flower shape
is more clear, I think.
ドーナツはバリエーションがたくさんあるので
作るのが楽しいです。
It’s fun to make donuts with various colors and toppings.
Amigurumi 1/3 Series 三分の一シリーズのあみぐるみ
私がよく編む体長45cmのあみぐるみの
三分の一の大きさのあみぐるみを作りました。
三分の一シリーズと呼んでいます（体長15cm）。
おなじみのうさぎのヨイ、白猫のシャーロット
クマのポン吉、そして新しい仲間の白いうさぎです。
These amigurumi are one third the size of
45cm/18in. tall amigurumi I made earlier.
I call them “1/3 series”(15cm/6in. tall).
From right to left: Yoi the bunny, Charlotte the white cat
Ponkichi the bear, and new friend white bunny.
サイズの比較写真です。
一番大きいのが45cmのオリジナルサイズ。
三分の一シリーズと、真ん中にいるのが子犬サイズです。
Size comparison.
The biggest one is the original size.
1/3 series, and tiny puppy in the middle.
今回このサイズには中に「骨」を仕込んで
ポーズがとれるようにしてみました。
I put “bones” inside of their bodies
so that they can pose freely.
肉球などの細かい箇所も忠実に再現しました。
同じ毛糸を使っているので色も同じ。
ポン吉だけはオリジナルの色が濃く
写真写りがあまりよろしくないということで
明るい茶色に変更しました。
They have exactly the same details as the original ones, e.g., paws.
I used the same yarn so colors and textures are also same.
However, I used lighter brown for Ponkichi since I was told that
original Ponkichi is too dark to take good pictures.
同じ顔にするのが難しかった〜。
Very difficult to make them look the same!
小さいけど自由自在！
They are tiny but very active!

がなんとピッタリサイズ！
1/6サイズのミニチュアととても相性がいいみたいです。
My friend sent me these miniatures: Xylophone from Re-ment and
microphone with stand from Epoch Capsule Collection.
They are the perfect size for 1/3 series!
1/6 scale miniatures go well with 1/3 series.

I found Yoi from school.
Amigurumi Tenmusu 天むすのあみぐるみ
あみぐるみの天むすを作ることにしました。
おにぎり部分はもう出来ていたので
エビ天の開発をします。
I decided to make amigurumi tenmusu (rice ball with shrimp tempura).
I already have pattern for rice part so I need to work on
the pattern for shrimp tempura.
色んな色の毛糸や編み方を試していきます。
エビフライっぽいものも出来ました。
I tried different colors and stitches.
There I see something like deep fried shrimp.
てんぷらの衣の凸凹を試行錯誤し
これに到達しました。
I finally reached what you see the picture above
as a result of trial and error.
おにぎりパートに刺して海苔を巻いて完成です。
いつもなら海苔も同じ太さの毛糸で編むのですが
それだとボリュームが出てしまうので
細いレース糸で編んでペラペラ感を出しました。
Put shrimp tempura into the rice part and wrap seaweed nori.
I usually use the same kind of yarn as other parts but since seaweed
is very thin like paper, I had to pick a fine lace yarn to express its thinness.
Amigurumi White Bunny 白いうさぎのあみぐるみ
白いうさぎのあみぐるみを作りました。
I made a amigurumi white bunny.
白いのでいつもの白目はピンクにしました。
Since it’s white, I chose pink instead of white for the eyes.
顔ができたら次はボディです。
After making the head, let’s make his body next.
完成しました。
４５cmと大きい子です。
Complete.
18 in. / 45cm height.
ヨイみたいにして、と言われたのですが
全く同じ顔を作るのは難しいです。
The request was “make a white bunny looks like Yoi”
but it’s very difficult to make identical one.
仲間に囲まれて何を話しているのかな？

Amigurumi Daryun あみぐるみのダリューン
アルスラーン戦記のダリューンのあみぐるみを作りました。
結構大きいです。
I made amgiurumi Daryun from Arslan Senki (Heroic Legend of Arslan).
He is a big one.
人型のあみぐるみを作るのは初めてです。
手足は親指を独立させました。
It is the first time for me to make human-type amigurumi.
I made his thumbs of hands and feet independent.
体と手足には骨が入っているのでポーズがとれます。
I inserted “bones” through his body, arms, and legs so he can pose freely.
そっくり。
ダリューンはすでに貰われていっており
そこで素敵な衣装を作ってもらったり
仲間を増やしています。

He looks just like the one in the comic.
Daryun has already adopted.
He now has a owner who makes his clothes and accessories.
He’s also making new friends and so on.

Amigurumi Japanese Strawberry Shortcake いちごのショートケーキのあみぐるみ
いつか作ってみたいと思っていた
あみぐるみのいちごのショートケーキ。
リクエストが来たので作ってみました。
I’ve been wanted to try amigurumi
Japanese strawberry shortcake for long time.
I finally made it upon request.
…これではまるでブリーチーズ。
厚みが足りない？
Looks exactly like a brie…
Maybe I need more thickness?
クリームは１層。
断面が見えるとケーキだってわかるけど
見えないとどこからどう見てもブリーチーズ。
Only one cream layer.
If you see cross section of cake, you will be able to know it’s a cake
but if you don’t then you won’t and it’s definitely a brie.
ということで、層を増やしてみました。
ケーキっぽくなってきた！
ついでに周囲にぐるっとクリームを飾ってみました。
So, I added more layers.
It now looks more like a cake!
I also added whipped cream decoration around the top edge.
いちごと生クリーム追加で完成。
色彩効果のため、いちごのヘタもつけたままです。
Finish with strawberries and extra whipped cream.
I left strawberry stems as they are for color effect.
均等に飾るって難しい。
Difficult to decorate evenly.
今回はホールケーキをカットした形というリクエストだったので
角や断面を綺麗に出す方法で作りました。
普通に編んで綿を入れたらどうしても膨らんで
断面や角がきっちりしないのです。
The request I got this time was “a whole cake and cut some pieces from it”
so I chose this method so that it can maintain its sharp edges and cross section.
If I just crocheted normally and stuffed it with fiber fillings
then it would have become too round and could not have kept
its clean edge and cross section.
