頭をのせてバランスを見ます。

ちょっと筋肉つきすぎです。

腹部球を入れるので

その時に筋肉を少し落とします。

ラインがとても好きなのですが

腹部球を入れると崩れちゃうんだろうなぁ。

けっこうがんばって背筋をつけたつもりなんですが

すっきりして見えます。

I tried to put on much back muscles possible

but it looks not so much.

このラインをくずしたくないな〜。
