テューダー朝の子供服、まずは下着作りから。
男の子には上はシャツタイプの下着を
下はブレーと呼ばれる中世のパンツを作ります。
女の子はスモックタイプの下着。
どちらも襟元と袖に共布でフリルをつけます。
布は薄い綿ローン。
襟と袖口は可愛いハートのボタンで留めます。
I started with making their medieval undergarments.
For the boy, I made a shirt-type undergarment for the top
and braies, the medieval underwear.
For the girl, I made a smock-type.
Both have frilled collars and cuffs.
I used fine cotton lawn fabric.
シャツタイプは横にスリットが入っています。
袖付けの位置をボディに合わせたら低すぎたので
女の子の時に改良して位置を上にあげました。
Shirt-type has a slit on each side bottom.
The sleeves seem to start a way too lower so
I revised it when I made girl’s smock underwear.

今回はたくさんの小さなボタンループを作りました。
I made lots of tiny botton loops for this project.
